Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days

  • International Orders (if available): 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable courier partners, ZAOS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  3. We will review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
